Duties
Manage and contribute to a variety of intellectual property litigation matters, particularly in the hard tech space Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and related legal documents Conduct legal and technical research, discovery, and analysis Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy Engage with clients on litigation-related issues Provide guidance to junior associates and legal staff as needed Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patents and/or trade secrets Demonstrated ability to handle complex technical matters in a litigation context Strong litigation experience from a law firm with a sophisticated IP practice Active bar admission in the state of the practicing office Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Undergraduate degree in one of the following disciplines (required): Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Physics Certifications
Member in good standing with the state bar of the relevant office location Skills
