The Role: Marketing Growth Leader

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will reshape our marketing function while driving immediate pipeline generation. This isn't just a marketing role; you'll be the architect of nativeMsg's go-to-market strategy in an emerging category where the text messaging channel is becoming a rich media experience host, but most businesses don't yet know RCS exists.

You'll own both strategic brand building and performance marketing, creating the foundation for how the market understands RCS business messaging while generating qualified leads for our sales team.

What You'll Own

Build the RCS Business Messaging Category

Educate the Market: Create content that explains RCS, its benefits over SMS, and why businesses need it now Position nativeMsg: Establish our thought leadership as the RCS pioneer with patented cross-platform capabilities Competitive Differentiation: Position us against SMS providers, WhatsApp Business, and other messaging platforms Industry Messaging: Develop use cases and success stories for retail, healthcare, finance, and e-commerce

Drive Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Partner with our Growth Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated demand generation campaigns Performance Marketing: Work with Growth Engineer to implement multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and content marketing Lead Nurturing: Develop messaging and sequences that our Growth Engineer will automate to educate prospects about RCS Conversion Optimization: Collaborate on A/B testing landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive demos to maximize lead quality Analytics & Attribution: Work with Growth Engineer to track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights

Establish Marketing Foundation

Website & SEO: Optimize our site for RCS-related keywords and conversion optimization Content Strategy: Build a content library of case studies, whitepapers, comparison guides, and demo videos Marketing Operations: Set up analytics, attribution, and lead tracking systems Brand & Messaging: Develop consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all touchpoints

Multi-Channel Marketing Execution

Content Marketing: Create educational blog posts, guides, and resources that our Growth Engineer can distribute through automated channels Digital Advertising: Design targeting strategies and ad creative that our Growth Engineer will implement and optimize across platforms Email Marketing: Develop sophisticated nurture campaigns and messaging that our Growth Engineer will automate and scale Interactive Demos: Partner with Growth Engineer to create visual RCS demonstrations and interactive experiences for prospects Event Marketing: Manage webinars, trade shows, and speaking opportunities while leveraging Growth Engineer for follow-up automation PR & Thought Leadership: Build relationships with industry analysts and secure media coverage Social Media: Develop content strategy that our Growth Engineer can execute through automated posting and engagement systems

What You Bring

Marketing Experience & Expertise

4-6 years B2B SaaS marketing experience with demonstrated results in lead generation and brand building Emerging Technology Marketing: Experience marketing products that require market education (messaging platforms, communication APIs, martech, or mobile technology preferred) Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven success with content marketing, digital advertising, email campaigns, and event marketing Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and attribution tools

Strategic & Execution Skills

Category Creation: Experience positioning new products or creating demand for unknown technologies Content Creation: Excellent writing skills and ability to create compelling visual content Campaign Management: Track record of designing, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with technical team members (engineers, developers) to execute marketing initiatives Sales Partnership: Experience working closely with sales teams to generate qualified pipeline

Technical & Industry Knowledge

B2B SaaS Understanding: Familiar with longer sales cycles, technical buyers, and enterprise decision-making processes Marketing Technology: Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and modern marketing stack Mobile/Telecom Interest: Curiosity about messaging technology, mobile platforms, or communication trends (we'll teach you the technical details)
