Mobile App Support Manager

FordPass and Lincoln Way are world-class mobile applications used by millions globally. We are seeking a customer-centric, technical, and hands-on Mobile Application Support Manager. The Mobile Application Support Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience with the FordPass / Lincoln Way applications. This role involves leading the first-tier application support team, defining and optimizing support processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and experience in application support and team management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in application support, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Preferred Qualifications: Prior mobile application development experience. Experience with software operations such as Source Management, CI/CD, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Observability, Support, and Maintenance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the enterprise level. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. We recognize that candidates may not check every box or may have different experiences.
