Job Opportunity: Associate Positions in Investment Management Practice

We are seeking two associates to join our investment management practice, focusing on the regulation of retail investment advice. We are looking for:

1. Junior Associate: 1 to 3 years of experience
2. Midlevel Associate: 4 to 5 years of experience

Candidate Requirements:

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience with regulatory matters in the financial services sector (e.g., broker-dealer, investment adviser, retirement/Title I of ERISA)
• Have comparable law firm experience and/or experience working at a financial institution or regulator
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with federal securities laws
• Strong organizational, drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Willingness to engage with various aspects of financial institutions' regulatory practice, including compliance, product design, and securities examinations and enforcement
• Active member of the District of Columbia bar

Compensation:

For Washington, DC, the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process based on experience, expertise, and market factors. The total compensation may include medical, financial, and other benefits, such as 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave. This position is at-will, and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time.
