Position Summary
The Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis supporting major corporate decisions of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. This role will oversee all corporate forecast initiatives, analyze variances, and develop insights. The Director will lead cross-functional efforts to develop departmental budgets feeding into a consolidated forecast for review, and work on special projects such as scenario planning and long-range planning.
Experience
- A Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields are required.
- Minimum 3-5 years in the bio-pharmacy industry in budgeting, revenue forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A software.
- Accounting and/or financial reporting experience is a plus.
Education
A Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of relevant experience are required.
