What You’ll Do: Program Governance Manage the Program governance for the multiple projects within the same client group. Establish a cadence with clients where ZS has a forum to showcase the work we have been doing for the clients and how it is helping them meet their strategic objectives. Impact Articulation – Connect the dots across different client projects and articulate the value across at a program level. Establish a strong communication cadence that enables ZS to highlight risks and key-wins in a consistent manner. Business Development Understand the client’s strategic objectives and work with them to create a capability roadmap. Based on the capability roadmap, bring the solutions from ZS to clients, and articulate the value to clients. Support the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations for new projects. Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights, attending industry conferences, and engaging in networking activities. Collaborate with offshore teams to develop innovative solutions for clients. Project & Delivery Management Oversee multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Develop project plans, define scope, and allocate resources efficiently. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations and business goals. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive innovation and process improvements in project execution. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the onshore market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to address client challenges. Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution. Process Optimization & Quality Assurance Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Maintain high standards of quality and ensure adherence to ZS methodologies. Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable. What You’ll Bring: Life Science experience is a Must (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Products & Services). Databricks. Snowflake. Cloud native capabilities on AWS or Azure (AWS preferred). Airflow. Informatica IDMC. Python. Strong background in data architecture, data solutions (e.g. big data, data lakes, lakehouse, data mesh, data fabric, data products, medallion architecture, data integration, data wrangling/transformation). Experience in full stack development. Gen AI/AI/Agentic AI is a big plus. Ability to communicate and facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders. Experience in supporting, driving technology strategy is a big plus. Experience driving planning, ideation, creation of technology business case and roadmaps is a big plus. Additional skills: Ensure the forecast for team hours are accurately updated in the system. Track the project code is trending above the margin forecast. Proactively take measures to limit scope creep by setting the right expectations with clients.
