Purpose:

Accountabilities:
Lead the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of software applications.
Review code and assignments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Manage monthly application releases, including scheduling and execution.
Analyze applications to identify risks and functionalities for design, development, and testing.
Supervise technical IT projects and coordinate work among a team of five or more developers.
Establish best practices, tools, and procedures for the team.
Collaborate with development and product teams using available tools.
Test, debug, and document software changes.
Assist project managers with system scope, objectives, and software modifications.
Provide accurate estimates for applications.
Support internal policies, standards, controls, and metrics.
Resolve complex software issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
8+ years in roles such as Software Developer Lead, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or similar.
Required experience includes:
Application development with Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, or MATLAB.
SQL and database management (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or DB2).
Deployment and support during testing and production.
Experience with Control-M or similar tools.
Knowledge of infrastructure, architecture, and networking.
Agile methodologies, Visual Studio, Jira, REST/Web API, MVC, and C# programming.
