The Application Support Analyst owns issue resolution, providing procedural and technical support to teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing incidents, outages, and partnering with infrastructure, service desk, and IT teams. The team supports front office and post-trade applications, including trade capture, market data, settlement, clearing systems, and related client applications. They handle support requests, incidents, problems, and business continuity activities to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities:
Support trading and back-office platforms for internal and external clients. Offer first to third-line support to business users. Create and deploy PowerShell scripts for business functions. Manage new system analysis and implementation. Follow ITIL standards for incident management. Coordinate system changes with technology and business groups. Maintain process and trading system documentation. Prioritize tasks effectively. Manage vendor system upgrades and exchanges. Onboard clients technically and complete exchange reporting and audits. Support sales and client technical requirements. Generate transactional and volume reports monthly. Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other regulations. Follow operational risk frameworks and uphold company values. Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred. Strong Windows, PowerShell, SQL, Oracle skills. Experience in financial services, ITIL, change management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of trading/clearing processes, exchange/vendor management, server infrastructure, Fix Messaging, and market connectivity protocols. Experience with APIs, client onboarding, and sales support. Salary Range:
$110,000 to $140,000/year plus discretionary bonus. Benefits & Values:
