We also pride ourselves on being a friendly, patient-centered, multi-specialty dental practice committed to delivering outstanding care in a comfortable environment. We are currently looking for our next reliable and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Your Mission
(should you choose to accept it)
:
• Greet patients like they're long-lost friends
• Master the schedule (but in Dentrix, of course)
• Handle phones, insurance verifications, and the occasional emergency with grace
•
Be the glue that holds our tooth-loving team together
Responsibilities
:
• Schedule appointments strategically and manage the calendar for multiple providers & hygienists
• Verify insurance benefits and handle billing inquiries
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communication
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality
• Present treatment with confidence
• Collect and process payments
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
:
• Dental experience (at least 1 year)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Obsessed with detail - But still know how to roll with the punches
