Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. Manual or barcode inventory experience. Knowledge of: Personal computers, computer programs and Radiant RFID database (VAT). Experience with Microsoft office products (Outlook and Excel). Good written and oral communications skills. Basic math skills. Working as a team member, and working courteously with others, self-starter. Understand written instructions and/or materials and follow procedures and policies. Work under set deadlines. Be available during peak periods (outside the 8-5). Preferred Qualifications
Inventory / property management working experience. Experience using RFID database. Experience working for a state agency or state university . Experience in state property accounting (SPA) work. SAP Experience. Job Description
The Inventory Control Clerk II will be responsible for maintaining the supply maintenance inventory as well as other duties.
Job Duties
Receive and direct incoming calls/e-mails. Perform physical inventory procedures. Reconcile physical inventory levels with computer inventory levels. Submit inventory reports on demand. Provide support with electronic verification of equipment (EVE) department inventories. Assist with receiving incoming purchase orders for assets and reconciling incorrect shipments of assets. Prepare for on-line auctions. Assist with student workers. Help with general warehouse housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned.
