Job Summary:
Supports and maintains enterprise servers and software. Provides escalated technical support for enterprise systems. Implements approved projects, and plans new project tasks including scheduling, testing, installation and customer coordination.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
Technical certification for relevant technology: Preferred Essential Functions:
Under general supervision, support the management of enterprise-wide projects from concept to completion using a 'best practices' approach while adhering to security standards and guidelines. Duties will include, but are not limited to coordination of the project plan, complete documentation and communication to all stakeholders Provide support for the design, configuration, administration and management of enterprise class devices and applications. May include, but is not limited to, devices and applications warehoused at corporate headquarters Recommend development of guidelines and change controls necessary to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with corporate standards and security initiatives. May include the periodic review, monitoring and updating of the standards to keep current with corporate and security guidelines Provide training and support to all appropriate stakeholders. Training includes, but is not limited to, documentation, in-person or virtual training. Support includes, but is not limited to, management of the support ticket (HEAT) queue completion of support tickets within service level agreement requirements Under general supervision candidate will be responsible to monitor on-going projects, systems, devices, applications and staff activities. This will ensure that systems operate at peak performance Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
