What You'll Do as a CNAAs a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hemet Hills Post Acute, you'll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents with daily activities and supporting their journey to recovery. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobilityMonitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditionsProviding compassionate companionship and emotional supportCollaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionalsCreating smiles and making someone's day-every day!
