Overview
Sedaro is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to build our culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will integrate CI/CD, security, and observability tools and automation for our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud environment, as well as rallying your teammates toward best practices.

Optimize multi-cloud production infrastructure for security, reliability, and cost efficiency Design and implement system observability with actionable alerting and measurable SLOs Drive automation through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and continuous compliance Foster Lean practices and a culture of continuous improvement Benefits

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices Proficiency in scripting and automation Additional desirable experience:
Track record implementing security controls and vulnerability management Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform CDKTF Experience with AWS and/or Azure Experience with IL4/5+ and/or NIST 800-171
