About the Opportunity Join a dynamic team driving the next generation of enterprise database systems. We're looking for a Principal Database Administrator to shape and optimize core data infrastructure at scale. Ideal candidates have deep experience with Oracle and SQL Server environments and are adept at managing ERP platforms like Oracle EBS. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, administration, and tuning of Oracle (RAC, ASM, Data Guard) and Microsoft SQL Server (HA/Clustering) Design and implement high?availability and disaster recovery strategies across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) Perform database performance tuning, capacity planning, and automation using tools like OEM and SolarWinds DPA Administer Oracle E?Business Suite: patching, cloning, upgrades, and optimization Partner with audit teams for SOX compliance: access controls, encryption, documentation, and reporting Collaborate with DevOps, application, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals Provide rotational after?hours production support and occasional travel for enterprise initiatives Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of hands?on experience with Oracle and SQL Server Proficiency in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM, SSIS, SSRS, and Oracle EBS administration Strong understanding of data security, masking, and SOX compliance requirements Experience deploying database solutions in Azure, AWS, or OCI Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred Valid U.S. drivers license required Why Join Lead mission?critical database infrastructure in a collaborative environment Work on large?scale systems with a focus on performance, compliance, and innovation Remote flexibility with occasional on?site or travel requirements and 24/7 support rotation How to Apply Please send your resume or LinkedIn profile to the contact listed below.
