Overview

Work as a member of the requirements team to analyze, track, and coordinate with the requirement owners and development teams on changes to functional requirements. Assist with requirement change requests that go to Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB). Responsibilities

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with development teams and external stakeholders to effectively manage changes in requirements to the software product. Gain an understanding of personnel and pay functional requirements and be able to identify which software products the requirements would be associated with. Upload file exports from the requirements system and manage requirement mappings within the design documentation system. Create reports for requirement traceability to software features. Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc. Standardize content; paying high attention to detail. Deliver work with minimal error. Coordinate, edit, and review documentation related to requirement change requests. Participate in daily Requirement Team meetings, client and milestone meetings; maintain ongoing awareness of project status. Demonstrate problem-solving skills when facing impediments. Qualifications

Education and Experience: This position prefers a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent relevant business experience. The successful candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of professional experience; they will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize written requirements based on laws, regulations, or policies. The following experience is preferred: Understanding of and experience with software requirements Understanding of and experience with change management processes Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) Exposure to Software Projects involving direct client delivery Military Installation Access: This position resides on a military installation. Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass. Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
