Therapist Position At Wekiva Springs Center
Wekiva Springs Center, a Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Hospital in Jacksonville Florida, has an immediate opening for a full-time therapist for our outpatient programs. We offer competitive salary, generous PTO, group insurance, 401 K with up to 4% match, and tuition reimbursement after one year. The therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include assessments, conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases, completing documentation per policy and procedure, case coordination, and coordinating discharge planning. In addition, you will assist in developing and maintaining community resource information, perform marketing functions as assigned, assist in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security, ensure good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care, and participate in continuing education activities. Candidate must be a licensed LCSW, LMHC in the state of Florida. Three (3) years post masters working experience including of group therapy, case coordination activities, substance abuse, mental health and specific treatment related to adults in acute care and/or intensive outpatient settings is required.
