We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Seabrook, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers a casual work environment and requires on-site presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong billing expertise and a proactive approach to managing collections and aging reports. Responsibilities: Handle billing processes across multiple client portals with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and analyze aging reports to ensure timely collections. Conduct follow-ups on outstanding invoices to maintain cash flow. Collaborate with team members to streamline billing operations. Utilize software tools, such as Viewpoint Spectrum, to manage receivables (training provided if needed). Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments promptly and professionally. Support the team by identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts. Maintain detailed records of transactions and collections for auditing purposes. Requirements: Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable roles. Strong understanding of collections processes and aging report analysis. Familiarity with software tools like Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an on-site environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Commitment to maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
