Title: Asset Administrator

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Description of Duties: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the software assets of the organization, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and driving cost efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing software lifecycles. Responsibilities will include:
sset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets, including licenses, versions, and usage metrics. Compliance: Ensure that all software usage complies with licensing agreements, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Procurement: Assist in the acquisition of new software licenses and renewals, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with vendors. Optimization: Analyze software usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Reporting: Generate regular reports on software asset inventory, usage, and compliance status for stakeholders. udits: Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to software assets and licensing. Process Improvement: Develop and enhance processes for software asset management to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, procurement, and legal teams to ensure cohesive software asset management practices. Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong knowledge of software licensing models and agreements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in software asset management tools and technologies.
