Responsibilities: Develop frameworks and methodologies for operational and regulatory risk-management programs in line with Intermediate Holding Company and Credit Union Service Organization requirements for banking operations. Develop financial regulatory compliance frameworks, including risk assessments and governing documents. Design financial compliance and risk governance programs in accordance with regulations affecting banking and Capital Markets. Assist Capital Markets firms in addressing regulatory risks. Salary Range: $176,571 to $210,400 per year. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm) Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: CFTC and NFA rules; Risk Assessment frameworks, including CFTC, COSO, and ISO 31000; Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF); Internal controls based on NIST and COBIT; Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer compliance processes; Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance; Basel framework; Data Privacy and Information Security Standards, including GDPR and HIPAA; ISO 19600; and European Central Bank regulations.
