Responsibilities: Design and implement customized operating models for asset and wealth management firms. Conduct current state assessments, perform industry and competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models across the investment management lifecycle. Provide product management support related to process re-design for investment management transformation activities. Apply Target Operating Model (TOM) framework and methodologies to drive operational efficiencies and implementation of customized operating models for the Financial Services industry. Salary Range: $181,500 to $319,000 per year. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm) Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: JIRA; ICEFLO; Agile methodology; Confluence; Microsoft Visio; Smartsheet; Microsoft Project; and Target Operating Model (TOM). Telecommuting may be permitted within reasonable commutable distance from the office location depending on business need. Travel Requirement: Up to 80% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
