The STI Prevention and Street Medicine Program Supervisor, Infectious Diseases (ID) oversees a team that implements STI testing, education, and risk reduction programs. The supervisor ensures that Prevention Specialists effectively link identified clients to testing and follow-up health resources. The Supervisor's core responsibilities include compliance with contractual requirements and best practices for individual and targeted interventions, ongoing supervision of Educators, training on testing policies and procedures, maintenance of referral networks, and implementation of quality management (QM) plans. Additionally, the Supervisor provides ongoing guidance to Educators, empowering clients' efforts to reduce their risk of STI infection and transmission. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an STI prevention program or a related human services field is required. A minimum of 1 year prior supervisory experience in a public health environment, preferred. Experience (through education or work experience) in critical thinking and writing as it relates to the implementation of contract requirements, reporting, and program development. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation

$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
