Renuity is seeking an innovative and analytical Print Media Manager to develop and scale a national shared and direct mail strategy that drives measurable growth across all business units. Based in our Charlotte, NC office, this high-impact role is ideal for a print-savvy marketer who thrives on data, segmentation, creative testing, and integrated channel execution. What You'll Do: Develop a performance-focused shared mail strategy across platforms such as Valpak, Clipp, Mspark, and others to drive incremental lead generation Build a direct mail program that aligns with business goals and delivers profitable, scalable results Use 1st-party, 2nd-party, and 3rd-party datathrough DMP/CDP integrationsfor segmentation, lookalike modeling, and cost-efficiency (MC%/CPL targets) Streamline creative production using internal tools or third-party vendors to maximize output and minimize costs Integrate print media with downstream lead channels, including email, SMS, web, and phone Own reporting and insight generation to inform performance, stakeholder communication, and optimization Build a CRO (conversion rate optimization) and content strategy to improve lead quality and flow Create customer cluster models to increase targeting efficiencyenhancing investment in high-performing segments while reducing spend on poor performers Negotiate aggressively with vendors to secure best-in-class pricing and terms Identify and test into local and national print programs for ongoing channel expansion What You'll Bring: 5+ years working with Direct Mail or Shared Mail marketing channels Full ownership mindsetcomfortable managing strategy, execution, and budget for a performance-focused print channel Passion for continuous learning especially within traditional and evolving print media ecosystems Ability to translate complex data and strategies into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders Experience in CRO, LPO, and A/B testing as a foundational part of how you optimize performance Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships and negotiating favorable terms Strong grasp of data analytics, reporting tools, and visualization platforms About Us Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enhancing lives.
