Sr. Specialist, Paid Media
Renuity is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Paid Media to create and manage full-funnel, conversion-driving campaigns on Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager, able to navigate the platform independently, and has a solid understanding of paid media fundamentals. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of ad accounts and be directly responsible for both online and offline performance. While training can be provided for offline optimization, we're looking for a self-starter who adapts quickly and continuously optimizes campaigns to drive results. You'll be joining a high-performing marketing team within a company that has a bold vision and a collaborative culture. Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on our growth and success. What You'll Do: Manage new and existing paid social campaigns that match or beat the performance of top social lead generation partners Own your budget, strategy and business direction for the paid social channel Utilize AI and curated seed images/videos for content and ad creation Streamline ad creation using internal or third-party tools to maximize scale and minimize costs Support paid social team members with ad hoc requests when needed Create data visualization solutions for actionable reporting and insights Communicate clearly and effectively with team and stakeholders with performance updates Monitor performance daily and quickly adapt to change What You'll Bring: 1+ years of active campaign management in Meta Ads Manager required. You understand the fundamentals of Meta Ads Manager and can navigate in-platform without assistance An understanding of budget ownership and impact on P&L Experience using offline data preferred Experience A/B testing preferred (ad copy, landing page, etc.) About Us
