In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring an Associate, Accelerator. As an Associate, Accelerator, you'll create engaging learning experiences both virtually via Zoom and through impactful in-person moments (three key sessions each semester). You'll be instrumental in shaping the journey of our Fellows, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to launch successful careers. The Associate, Accelerator is a masterful programmatic operator responsible for running the course for our Fellows in order to increase their likelihood of graduating from college with a strong first job or getting into graduate school. The Associate, Accelerator will be responsible for facilitating and managing the experience of hundreds of college students (typically Sophomores) as they complete the course. This role is on the Atlanta Regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director- Spelman College. What You'll Do

Accelerator Facilitation and Program Management (75%) Lead and deliver the Braven Accelerator course, including internalizing curriculum and ensuring high-quality, logistically sound virtual and in-person Learning Labs. Cultivate an exceptional experience for Fellows, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders through proactive, timely communication and anticipation of needs. Provide dynamic and inclusive instruction using an established, research-backed curriculum, adapting to diverse learning styles. Foster a collaborative and motivating learning environment using a variety of facilitation techniques to maximize active Fellow participation and engagement in both virtual and in-person environments. Contextualize course materials to align with Spelman College's needs and the broader organizational curriculum strategy. Customize curriculum within defined parameters to address student needs and interests. Lead impactful in-person Learning Labs each semester (up to 3 sessions), fostering vital face-to-face connections between Fellows and their volunteer Leadership Coaches. Leadership Coach and Coaching Partner Recruitment, Coaching, & Development Support (10%) Support the recruitment of Leadership Coaches and Coaching Partners, in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Braven at Spelman College. Build relationships and community with Fellows and Leadership Coaches A+ Team/Management (15%) Participate in individual annual and quarterly planning. Collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts (e.g., Associate Director, Workforce Strategy, and Braven's central teams) to enhance the Fellow experience, support post-course engagement, and align on best practices for Accelerator execution. Attend team-specific offsites, org-wide retreats, Braven Bootcamp, etc. Brand / Sustainability (5%) Help build Braven's brand by sharing compelling stories with the External Affairs team Represent Braven externally as needed
