Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist Type: Contract Level: Mid-Level Location: Onsite at Building REDW-D Workplace: Onsite, 100% availability required Duration: ASAP to [end date], with potential for extension About the Job: How do you ensure timely processing of high-volume paper filings and troubleshoot printing issues? How do you track and update case status within the case management software tool in real time? How do you conduct data audits to ensure data integrity? Summary of the Opportunity: Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company that supports the immigration journeys of their visa-dependent employees. Role Summary: The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the US Immigration Team's high-volume operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of immigration filings, troubleshooting printing issues, tracking case status, conducting data audits, and supporting other project and task needs. Responsibilities and Duties: - Process high-volume paper filings, including collating, copying, distributing for signature, scanning, and mailing hardcopy US Immigration filings in a timely manner - Troubleshoot high-volume printing issues - Triage and escalate urgent US Immigration cases efficiently to appropriate teams - Track, update, and confirm case status within case management software tool in real time - Run and analyze case status reports within case management tool - Conduct data audits and work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity - Provide support on other projects and tasks as directed MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required in any field - 1+ years of experience in administrative support or related roles - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel (leveraging data), Word, Teams, and OneNote - Experience building out/documentation processes using OneNote - Experience in high-volume operations working with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - High GPA - Strong attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs So calling all top performers: Exciting Opportunity: This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a high-volume, sophisticated team, gaining exposure to aspects of the Legal profession/Law and the opportunity for autonomy.
