Senior Configuration Manager
Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Configuration Manager to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. Responsibilities include developing and integrating a comprehensive Configuration Management (CM) process that enhances the efficiency, interoperability, and resilience of the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE). The role also involves managing people, processes, and technology across all phases of service delivery, promoting seamless and integrated operations throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, the position requires creating and maintaining an authoritative, data-driven CM process that serves as the foundation for EIE architecture, aligning with USSOUTHCOM strategies and mission outcomes. The Senior Configuration Manager will also manage the configuration of an IT blueprint that details the inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions of the EIE, and create and upkeep an accurate service catalog that integrates cyber and data-informed capabilities. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of experience in Configuration Management supporting IT systems of DoD programs, and experience leading CM for enterprise systems and/or within large scale, multi-vendor environments. Hands-on experience with CM tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, DoDAF principles and DevSecOps methodologies, experience performing configuration audits and managing baselines, and excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills are also required. Desired qualifications include a master's degree in a related field, familiarity with agile development and CI/CD pipelines, experience supporting classified or DoD environments, DoDAF training or certifications, DevOps/DevSecOps Certification, ITIL v4 Foundation or higher, CM Analyst Certification, and Certified International Configuration Manager. Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role. CompTIA Security+ CE is also required.
