Paralegal With Real Estate Experience
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established law firm near Warwick, RI specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions, title services, and closings. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient, accurate, and client-focused legal support throughout the real estate process. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with real estate experience to join our growing team. The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through all phases of real estate transactions. This includes preparing closing documents, reviewing title reports, coordinating with lenders and agents, and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial transactions Assist with title searches, title commitments, and resolving title issues Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents Draft and file legal documents such as deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements Maintain organized files and track deadlines throughout the transaction process Communicate professionally with clients and third parties to ensure smooth closings Support attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law (residential or commercial) Strong understanding of title and closing procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (e.g., Qualia, ResWare, or similar) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
