Pay range: $55K-$65K/yr. depending on experience Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm Location: In-office in Bloomington, MN Type: Direct Hire with benefits Job Duties:

Oversee inventory management by maintaining appropriate stock levels, creating new items, setting reorder points, and linking related products. Generate restocking reports and resolve purchasing discrepancies using vendor management software. Handle purchasing processes including PO creation, order submission, receiving, tracking, price adjustments, and closing of purchase orders. Process incoming orders, sales invoices, credit applications, and lease approvals, ensuring data accuracy in inventory and sales systems. Partner with management on inventory forecasting and sales planning to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize experience to evaluate situations and propose alternative solutions when needed. Manage returns, warranty exchanges, dealer programs, and rebate processing. Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, including order follow-ups, tracking, and documentation management. Coordinate and negotiate third-party implementations to align with client requirements. Prepare and update reports for internal teams and clients, tracking commissions, sales contests, rewards, and pricing data. Maintain internal databases, perform data entry, manage record keeping, filing, scanning, and provide backup support for dispatch and sales administration teams. Monitor and replenish office supply stock, fulfilling orders for toner and other essentials. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests to ensure a positive experience. Provide cross-departmental backup support as required. Complete projects independently or collaboratively within established deadlines. Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of related experience within administrative, project coordination, sales support, or similar Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile errors in reports Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in vendor and database management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities, from inventory tracking to coordinating vendor and customer relations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address internal and external inquiries effectively. Familiarity with sales order systems, invoice processing, credit application approvals, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools used for record keeping, reporting, and data analysis. Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, sales operations, or related fields preferred. Benefits:
