Overview:
This role supports the smooth operation of purchasing, inventory, and sales processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including creating and updating item records and restocking reports.
- Handle purchasing tasks such as creating and submitting purchase orders, tracking shipments, and processing invoices.
- Ensure accuracy in processing incoming orders, sales invoices, and customer applications.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and planning to support business goals.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and purchasing records.
- Manage product returns, warranty claims, and rebate submissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Coordinate third-party services to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and maintain reports for internal use and customer communication.
- Support data entry, document management, and administrative tasks across departments.
- Maintain office supply inventory and fulfill supply requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
- Complete assigned projects independently or in collaboration with others.
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve errors in inventory and sales records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with office software and data management tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with order processing, invoicing, and reporting systems is a plus.
- Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: On-site
