UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement across our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless implementation of designs Perform usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continually enhance the user experience Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs Qualifications: 5-7 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role Bachelors or Masters degree in Design or related field of study Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with user testing and usability evaluation methods Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Familiarity with design thinking methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
