IMEG Corp. is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Greenwood Village, CO Office. The Administrative Assistant 1 will be responsible for providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams and completing day-to-day administrative tasks. Additionally, this position will demonstrate proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates. This position will be expected to work within the team's monetary budget as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities
Follow and promote IMEG Standards Assist assigned team and other teams as needed Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines Attend and actively contribute to group meetings Phone answering as needed Arrange meetings/travel as needed for team/office Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to multi-task Ability to work with staff of all levels Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude Team player but also able to work on own initiative Self-motivated and flexible Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED required. Associate Degree preferred. No experience required, 1 year experience with engineering administration preferred. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Salary range $53,000 to $65,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
