As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Coordinator, Employee Experience. The Coordinator, Employee Experience provides administrative, logistical and project support to the Employee Experience team. This position will also be assigned various projects within the team in accordance with need and priority. This position is responsible for assisting in the prioritization, execution, and successful completion of all assigned ongoing and discrete projects within the division. This position requires a detail oriented and adaptable demeanor, with the ability to prioritize and remain organized to deliver excellence. This is an in-person position with the option to work in a hybrid capacity (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays), depending on needs, for candidates based in the Washington, DC area. The role reports to the Sr. Coordinator, Employee Experience, and is open only to individuals authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities:
Documentation, Reporting & Data Management Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, risk logs, and status reports. Ensure timely execution and regular updates on assigned divisional projects. Manage and maintain the vendor index for the Arlington Office. Events and Logistics Assist in planning and executing events such as orientations, prayer retreats, and Arlington Office events. Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Ensure the Arlington Office maintains a high level of excellence by routinely checking and refreshing all spaces and resources. Clerical and Administration Routine administrative responsibilities like scheduling, updating data, approvals in systems, etc., that help achieve daily work Schedule, create agendas, and take notes for meetings related to the projects assigned Assist with ongoing programming such as corporate prayer Support org-wide initiatives General Tasks Participate in IJM's community of spiritual formation Responsibilities that are basic and standard for a given role including coordination, follow-ups, or any other general task Participate in divisional rhythms and support when needed Submit expense reports for relevant expenses Support team members for divisional projects as needed Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience providing top-level administrative and project support in a fast-paced, professional environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to work with a diverse team of experts and specialists Capacity to manage and execute several projects and tasks simultaneously Excellent business writing skills Proven planning and implementing skills Experience in Microsoft Office (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent time management skills Experience in project management strongly preferred Demonstrated success in problem-solving and finding creative, innovative solutions Critical Qualities:
