As the Manager of B2B Strategy you will be an integral part of the team by conducting research and generating insights/analysis to inform strategic playbooks and go to market strategies for Samsung's B2B Division. The product portfolio will include Mobile Phones, Tablets, PC's, and Wearables. Role and Responsibilities

Development of clear strategies and action plans (e.g. Quarterly strategy reviews, tactical recommendations) backed by data analysis to drive market share, sales and profitability for the team. Build Competitive strategy: collect and analyze intelligence from publicly available and proprietary sources to inform and affect B2B strategy. Identify and analyze the most critical trends, threats, disrupters and opportunities that the business will face, and map out recommendations for how to counter. Collaborate across cross-functional team leadership to gain alignment on the strategy and oversee/manage implementation. Develop presentations to support executive meetings and workshops across all levels of the organization. Support operational and business performance reviews. Track all executive level workshop Action Items on behalf of the team, capturing updates and reporting out on a regular basis Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree MBA preferred 6+ years functional experience may include management consulting, product management, marketing, business analytics, and business planning and strategy development. Necessary Skills & Attributes: Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify, structure and solve business problems for short and mid-term. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization and within customer organizations. Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills. The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames. The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects. Demonstrated ability to formulate and defend opinions regarding market and competitive direction along with associated impact on company strategy. The ability to quickly absorb, internalize, syndicate and synthesize critical insights that help develop business situation analysis, formulate potential solution paths, and gain consensus to execute and implement strategic decisions. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas. Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule. Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
