UAS Operator / Engineer I
As a UAS Operator / Engineer I you will apply expert knowledge of Group III/IV unmanned systems to support tactical C5ISR, communications-relay, and precision weapons employment. You will partner with other government organizations, commands, and agencies to develop and validate concepts of employment through table-top exercises, live demonstrations, and operational feedback. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute UAS operations in joint tactical environments at brigade-and-below levels Integrate FMV and synthetic aperture radar data into intelligence workflows Develop and refine CONOPS and CONEMP via SME working groups and rehearsal drills Support tactical waveform integration for communications-relay missions Employ F2T2EA procedures for precision engagement Train government and contractor personnel on TAK/ATAK procedures Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field-or equivalent operational experience Minimum five years of Group III/IV UAS operational experience in tactical military settings Hands-on experience with FMV, SAR, and C5ISR payloads Familiarity with CONOPS/CONEMP drafting and table-top test-article development Proficiency with TAK/ATAK applications Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required Desired Skills & Certifications: Prior JT&E or operational test experience Expertise in UAS loading, weight/balance, and logistics FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot or equivalent certification Equal Opportunity Statement: Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
