Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment Oversee the entire recruitment process, helping our client attract and retain top talent Administer pay, benefits and leave of absence programs to support their team members Implement and enforce company policies and practices to uphold their organizational values Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed, contributing to our overall success Bilingual HR Generalist Requirements:
