HR Generalist

Work across multiple HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance Join a company that values professional development and offers opportunities for advancement Play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employees feel supported Work alongside an experienced HR team in a company that values teamwork and innovation Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires Handle employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor for managers and employees Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with enrollments Support performance management by coordinating performance reviews and development plans Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and assist with payroll-related inquiries HR Generalist Requirements:
2+ years in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist duties Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and recruiting platforms is a plus!
