As a CCM EngageOne Consultant you will make an impact as an experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Precisely's EngageOne suite, including Enrichment, Communicate, and work collaboratively with management, team members, and client. We believe remote work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Design and implement CCM solutions using EngageOne Enrichment and EngageOne Communicate Develop and manage print stream technologies and digital communications (email, SMS, push notifications) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Customize and configure EngageOne Designer, Server, Vault, and Deliver modules. Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications Provide technical leadership and support to junior developers and cross-functional teams Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of communication workflows Required Skills
6-12 years of experience in CCM platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne Enrichment, Communicate, and Compose Proficiency in document composition, print stream processing, and digital communication technologies. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PCE, Linux shell) and integration via APIs and web services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Applications will be accepted until 08/08/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $72,444
$142,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
