Customer Communications Management Solutions Developer

We are looking for an experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Precisely's EngageOne suite, including Enrichment, Communicate, and Compose. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing personalized, omnichannel communication solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Design and implement CCM solutions using EngageOne Enrichment and EngageOne Communicate. Develop and manage print stream technologies and digital communications (email, SMS, push notifications). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Customize and configure EngageOne Designer, Server, Vault, and Deliver modules. Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications. Provide technical leadership and support to junior developers and cross-functional teams. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of communication workflows. Qualifications: 6-12 years of experience in CCM platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne Enrichment, Communicate, and Compose. Proficiency in document composition, print stream processing, and digital communication technologies. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PCE, Linux shell) and integration via APIs and web services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Salary and other compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $75,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
