We are seeking a charismatic and driven Recruiter/HR Specialist to join our in-office team in Harold Square, Manhattan. This role is perfect for a high-energy individual who combines the flair of a top-tier salesperson with the strategic insight of an HR professional. You'll lead the charge in sourcing and recruiting top sales talent, leveraging platforms like Instagram and TikTok to create viral, engaging content that attracts exceptional candidates. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, where your showmanship and social media savvy will shine, helping us build a powerhouse sales team to drive our mission forward. Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Source, screen, interview, and place high-caliber sales professionals to support our business funding operations, managing the entire recruitment process from outreach to onboarding. Social Media Recruitment Strategy : Create and post viral, engaging video content on Instagram and TikTok to attract top sales talent, showcasing our company culture and opportunities with creativity and showmanship. Candidate Sourcing : Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media channels (with a focus on Instagram and TikTok) to identify and engage top-tier sales candidates with relevant industry experience. Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience that aligns with our brand's values. Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales acumen, cultural fit, and potential for success in a competitive, client-facing environment. HR Support : Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR initiatives such as culture building and employee engagement. Performance Tracking : Monitor the success of placed candidates and provide feedback to refine recruitment strategies, ensuring hires contribute to company goals. Employer Branding : Promote our company as a top employer through compelling social media campaigns, highlighting our fast-paced, rewarding work environment. Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sourcing sales professionals within the financial services, business funding, or related industries. Social Media Expertise : Proven ability to create engaging, viral content on Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of social media trends and recruitment marketing. Sales Acumen : A sales-oriented mindset with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of selling both the role to candidates and the candidate to hiring managers. Showmanship : Charismatic personality with a flair for creating compelling, high-energy content that resonates with audiences and showcases our brand. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and represent the company professionally. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) to manage candidate pipelines and employee records. In-Person Commitment : Must be able to work full-time in our Harold Square, Manhattan office, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Industry : Understanding of financial services or business funding sectors is a plus, enabling better evaluation of candidates' relevant experience. Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience. Compensation

Base Salary : $100,000 annually. Commission Structure : Earn up to $3,000 per successful candidate placement, with commission tied to the candidate's performance and impact within the company.
