About You:

We are looking for a

Part-Time

Recruiter,

which could grow into a Full-Time role, who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings.

Responsibilities:

Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.) to proactively identify and engage potential field and office candidates.

Collaborate with Marketing and HR to develop and execute recruitment-focused content and campaigns that promote the company culture and values.

Write compelling job descriptions to be posted on Applicant Pro, job boards, and social platforms.

Engage with online and in-person communities.

Review resumes and assess candidates' qualifications. Submit recommendations of viable candidates to HR and hiring managers for initial interviews.

Conduct initial phone interviews. Set up testing for advancing candidates.

Track and report sourcing metrics, social engagement, and campaign effectiveness to aid in refining outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or construction environment.

Computer/digital literate with strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.

Proven ability to source passive candidates through traditional methods and social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools preferred.

Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and employer branding.

Experience with graphic design tools or basic video editing for social posts a plus.

Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing preferred.

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) preferred.
