Behavioral Health Referral Manager

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Referral Manager to support our Admissions Department. This position provides telephonic and in person risk assessments and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff. This position is responsible for managing all Admission referrals, implementing procedure changes, ongoing training and orientation of staff, ensuring quality of overall department performance which includes running admission department reports and analyzing data. Assists CAC Director in providing staffing coverage for unmet needs. Assumes administrative admissions department call rotation bi-weekly with CAC director. This position qualifies for a $5,000 commitment bonus! The schedule is Monday-Friday 11am-7:30p. The position is onsite in Doylestown, PA without a remote option. Tuition reimbursement Qualifications: Masters degree in counseling, social work required. Computer literate; able to work with multiple computer systems. Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population with demonstrated history to manage multiple referrals and waitlists is required. Prior intake and admissions experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours to meet needs of the department.
