We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep experience in data and analytics within the healthcare industry. This role will lead critical projects that support data-driven decision-making across operations, finance and other domains. You will oversee the execution of complex initiatives involving data integration, analytics, and reporting systems that enable growth and organizational performance. This position requires a strong foundation in data engineering or analytics, project management, and a working knowledge of healthcare claims processing. Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery of data and analytics initiatives across multiple stakeholders within the organization. Coordinate with data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements and project plans. Manage timelines, risks, scope, and communications for multiple simultaneous projects. Translate business and regulatory needs into technical data specifications and actionable deliverables. Support the implementation of data platforms, data warehouses/lakes, and reporting dashboards. Ensure projects align with data governance policies, HIPAA compliance, and security standards. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain accurate backlog and sprint boards (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Track KPIs and produce status updates for executives and cross-functional partners. Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of technical project management experience with 4+ years in data/analytics projects. Familiarity with healthcare data types and systems (claims, EMR/EHR, RCM, etc.). Technical literacy with data tools and environments (SQL, ETL, Tableau/Power BI, cloud platforms like Snowflake). Proficiency in SQL and Excel Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and communicate with both technical and clinical stakeholders. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in payer, provider, or RCM environments. Prior technology and development background in data engineering or BI Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar Perks & Benefits Remote & Hybrid opportunities
