The Role

As a Permit Coordinator at Pulley, you'll help drive permitting forward by handling research, submittals, and coordination with AHJs. This is a part-time role focused on keeping projects moving through clear communication and accurate execution. Key Responsibilities

Own permit execution across jurisdictions

from research to submittal to final approval.

Conduct AHJ research, including phone/email outreach, to confirm accurate requirements.

Complete applications, upload forms, and manage re-submissions using tools like Pulley, Linear, and Notion.

Track status, follow up with city staff, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Who You Are

Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable navigating government websites, permit portals, and online tools.

Proactive and resourceful

Available at least 20 hours/week during business hours
