Surgery Scheduler
Location: Fresno, CA Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Key Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgery scheduling within a medical setting Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Surgery Scheduler to join a busy medical practice in Fresno as a permanent member of the team. This role plays a vital part in coordinating surgical schedules, managing communication between patients, doctors, and hospital staff, and ensuring that all procedures are scheduled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: Schedule surgeries and medical procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with patients, physicians, and hospital staff to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts Maintain detailed records and update scheduling systems as needed Provide excellent patient service by answering inquiries and providing scheduling updates Collaborate with team members to manage workflow effectively
