You will be a Scheduler, Hardware Representative, Make, Buy, or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner for our Production, Planning, and Control organization. Our team is responsible for coordinating interdepartmental activity and scheduling the movement of parts to ensure timely and efficient production. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. What You Will Be Doing Coordinating interdepartmental activity with various teams, including quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders Traveling and/or communicating with all production sites and vendor locations Working outside of normal operating hours as needed Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production Analyzing and resolving production scheduling issues Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Why Join Us We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler, Hardware Representative, Make, Buy, or BOM Planner. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers. Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required Desired Skills Manufacturing Scheduling Experience Data Analysis Able to Understand and Interpret Engineering Drawings SAP Experience Supply Chain or Engineering background a plus Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
