Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our manufacturing and assembly areas. This role will focus on driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, promoting safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Oversee production teams, set priorities, and ensure daily goals for quality, cost, and delivery are met. Lead and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence through clear communication and accountability. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other process improvement tools. Monitor production metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce waste and scrap. Partner with other departments to resolve issues and enhance workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies. Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
