Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Transition-In Manager to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office. As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers. Experience and Qualifications: To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications: Advanced technical education (e.g., bachelor's degree). Typically, 14 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance Strong background in program management, with experience in leading complex transition projects. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees and first-level managers. Desired Qualifications: Experience in government contracting or related industries is preferred. PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not required. Telework/Remote Availability: Remote/Telework not authorized Work Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Contingent Upon Program Reward: The position is contingent upon program award.
