Transition-In Manager

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Transition-In Manager to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office. As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities include: Plan and deliver the transition of the program from the incumbent contractor to the new task order, ensuring efficient transfer of technical and programmatic support functions. Manage and integrate transition activities in accordance with contract requirements, overseeing technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Assess and mitigate transition risks, maintain positive customer relationships, and manage transition staffing effectively. Direct and coordinate a cross-functional team's activities to implement transition plans and achieve project objectives. Manage employees and first-level managers in the Program Management department, providing leadership and guidance in business management activities. Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Acquire necessary resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. Foster relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports to ensure successful program execution. Establish and oversee the Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program, setting goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Typically, 14 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance Strong background in program management, with experience in leading complex transition projects. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees and first-level managers. Desired Qualifications: Experience in government contracting or related industries is preferred. PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not required.
