Human Resource Generalist
MedTrust, LLC. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate shall be seated in our Oklahoma City corporate headquarters office. Telework is not available for this position. This role is responsible for the administration of the company's employee onboarding/offboarding programs and enforcing company training policies and practices. Key Responsibilities
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. Inputs and records new hires, terminations, and promotion/role changes into software system. Maintains and files employee records in compliance with all federal regulations. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews company policies and procedures to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency HRIS/ERP system ADP and Deltek Costpoint or ability to learn quickly. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required or three years of human resource experience in lieu of. At least one year of practical experience in human resources. Benefits
