Job Title
Seeking a results-driven Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of complex systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable Research and document user workflows Design intuitive front-end systems and create mockups Engage with users for feedback, and work closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools Required Qualifications
Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases Experience creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios while working closely with application developers Experience directing/conducting usability testing Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPot Desired Qualifications
Certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications. The pay range for this role is: 155,000 - 210,000 USD per year (Maryland Office) Group ID: 91159622
